Hi Guys,
yes, I'm back after a long absence. I haven't needed the hive mind in a while I guess! I answered a few posts just now for old times sake, though. It's a give and take on here, am I right?

Anyway, I need a true, stand alone pole display to work with Aloha 6.4+ and Radiant doesn't sell them anymore.

I thought the Logic Controls PD3000 with the PDX-220 emulation would work, since PD-220x is native in Aloha, but the first two
characters are always cut off.

Any reseller guys, or other techs have a suggestion for a "pole" display that works? Serial or USB will work.
Thanks!

We started using Bixolon BCD-1100DG pole displays for the price.

They are USB-only (no need for external power). They work just fine with Aloha. Installing the drivers can be a little tricky though and then you must use their OPOS setup software to create a LDN for OPOS.

Thanks a ton!

Anyone else have any? (Although this one looks pretty good.)
