I need a sanity check. I have a bunch of "Line Side" T1's for a new IVR project. I want to use AT153K-MB adapters. These are field soldered amphonal (8 wires the colors are red, green, orange, blue, yellow, black, brown and slate)to RJ45 adapters. On the amphonal the pins needed 22, 47 (w/o) and pins 23, 48 (w/bl). On the RJ45 it's pins 1, 2, 4 & 5.

Thanks

Looks right to me. I have a cable which did not work for my line side app which matches your description except Blue and Orange are reversed. I suspect I have a standard T-1 cable and your is the correct TX/RX reversed cable for a line side app.

I've made a ton of those

22 blue
23 red
47 orange
48 green

Thanks guys. I want to move to these connectors because we have local SONET and everything comes in fiber. Plus now we have a ton of p2p.

You should have a fiber mux then. If that is the case use a piece of sheilded 2 pair and make your cable to the switch. Use pins 1,2,4,5 on an 8 pin (Rj-45) plug. The white blue (1) blue white (2) the white orange (4) and the orange white (5). When you plug it in it should work great for you.
