PocketPC - Windows Mobile 2003

Hi all.

I am looking at getting myself a PocketPC for two reasons:

1: I think it's a way cool gadget, and
2: I want to start looking at developing software for pocket PC's.

Will it be at all possible to develope software for the pocket PC's, actually for Windows Mobile 2003?

Where do I start, what would be a good PocketPC to get?

Any views and ideas will be greatly appreciated

The most popular Pocket PC is the HP (formerly Compaq) Ipaq. They are pretty cool as you say.

you can get the SDK from here, also the power toys, which are very useful, especially the emulator.
