Pocket PC softphone is causing an echo

Hi we have IP phone throughout the organisation with no problems and we have also used the PC softphone with no issues but when we try to use a PocketPC softphone then the caller (not the person on the PocketPC) here themselves taking like an echo.

Does anyone have any ideas?
