PMS IP Patch # 4814

I need this PMSOIP patch #4814 installed on our G3si.9.5 switch ASAP as we just upgraded customer's PMS software to IP from a serial connection and it won't connect to the switch now. One of our Avaya techs has run into this problem before and this patch # 4814 fixed the conflict. Does any one have this pacth or is it only available through Avaya? Switch is no longer or maintenance or registed I believe so that would be a problem. Any ideas or direction is appreciated.
