Can anyone recommend any neat plugins for Photoshop CS? I have EyeCandy and have heard of Alien Skin. Are there any others that are worth checking into?

Some plugins:
Flaming pear make some nice ones.
Panopticum.
Corel.
Extensis.
Digital Element.
The Kai's Power Tools series - Metacreations(KPT (7)Effects-Procreate/corel)
And the list goes on...

PS: Try using the Native filters and effects first, Plugins are often a shortcut to Effects that you can make in Photoshop alone.

It will also help to teach you how to use Photoshop, as well as making your final image look more original, and not just a bunch of presets from plugins.
I can't tell you how many times i've seen images and knew straight away which plugin did it.

Much better for someone to see what you have done and think - "That's good, I wonder how he/she did that?"

Moe: It could have been a real ugly situation, but luckily I managed to shoot him in the spine.
