From Release 25.15 onwards a number of Product Improvement Patches (PIs) have been built into the software. These are called PLUGINs
To List/Enable/Disable these PLUGINs use the following commands
First login to pdt. NB All commands are in lowercase
1. To list status of all PLUGINs plp (PLP)
2. To list status of individual PLUGINs plp # (PLP #) where # is the PLUGIN number 0 - 14
3. To enable PLUGIN ple # (PLE #) where # is the PLUGIN number 0 - 14
4. To disable PLUGIN pld # (PLD #) where # is the PLUGIN number 0 - 14
LIST OF PLUGINS

0 BV67946 Wrong Special Dial Tone with NT8D17CA CONF/TDS pack.
1 BV63269 MPLR12002 BRI B-Channels not marked MBSY, When D Channel Drops.
2 BV69389 Automatic Wake-up is turned off if INI occurs.
3 BV69237 MPLR11506 Hotline Enhancement for BASF.
4 BV19192 MPLR01862 After dialling a LSC followed by a DSC the user gets overflow tone
5 BV71211 NRGA is not workingwith Tandem Node & Digit Manipulation.
6 BV28124 MPLR02056 BCS set cannot release from call transfer to Attendant.
7 MP05648 DID with DNIS & IDC cannot call PLDN using SCLU.
8 MP05649 Not possible to CFW a set to PLDN using SCLU.
9 BV41730/40697 Wrong display if Att extends call with announcement.
10 BV42928 MPLR07615 CFW calls to NAS is intercepted to Nite Dn.

12 BV63726 MPLR08777 Mtce messages flooding TTY, TTY unusable.
13 BV71206 MCT should be output on answer from 500 set.
14 BV70355 MPLR09806 MCDN - Orig Dn in Display is preceded with 'H'
In your case you go into "pdt" and enter in ple 3 c/r

From the PEP library description of MPLR11506:
The request is to enhance the existing Hotline feature at
digital proprietary sets with Busy indication. The new
feature is needed in BASF environment for the existing
Team and Keysystem configurations. The new feature will
allow busy indication for Hotline Keys which is required in
complex Teamset and Keysystem configuration.
Currently, if one set is already busy on a Hot Line call, the other sets
do not get any indication of that call. This may lead to unwanted
interruption by other sets through their Hot Line keys. This enhancement
provides the indication of the presence of a Hot Line call on a set
(say, set A) to all the other sets having Two-way Hot Line keys configured
to point that set (set A).
