plextor DAE - ripping problem

I have a plexwriter 12/10/32a, and it won't extract digital audio running musicmatch. I have tried some other rippers, and it works on them. I have upgraded the firmware on the drive, and tried just about everything I can think of, including reading the manual! Any ideas? I would use another ripper, but do like the features on musicmatch, and their website doesn't help much!

I have DMA turned on. Also, I have a pioneer DVD drive which performs rips using musicmatch without problems.

Win on CD is a really goob program i think this program is availble to download for free at

just search for win on cd or try Nero which is brill for copying lots of things.
