Please run SCSI Detection on the MediaAgents

This was helpfull, but where is the information on how to do the detection or exhausted detection located? i have searched google with no luck.

Open up the Galaxy control panel and select 'Library and Drive Config,' select the appropriate media agents. Once in the main config screen, click on the Start button and select 'detect/config drives.'
Assuming you're detecting SCSI tape drives (as opposed to NDMP), click OK.

Select 'View Log' to watch the progress and spot any irregularities.
