Dear All,

Any body done "Please hold while we try to connect you" Message" with VM_PRO, while operator transfering the calls to other extns weather we can make use of this message to play,

 
Yes, this can be done but will require alot of work. You must create one system short code in IPO to do this and a shortcode in vmail for every user on the system. Hopefully there arent many.

System shortcode on IPO:

Example would be if extensions are in 1xx, you would add a single digit infront of thier extension (like "8" or whatever available digit you want) on a global level when transfering. So press transfer and 81xx. See below-->

Then at the start point of each, connnect it to a menu with the recorded message you want the caller to hear, Preferably a global greeting that can be used for all. Then create a time out action going to a transfer with the specific tab as with the real extension of the user. In the menu you may want to create ? if the user happens to dial a digit during the message and connect that aslo to the transfer. Make the timeout action 0 seconds. Done... Its a pain in the ass if you have like a 100 users or so cause you have to create so many startpoints for each user. If that is the case, Highlight the call-flow actions with shift-mouse click (so they are all highlighted blue and then control-c to copy. then you can paste it on each shortcode for each user in vmail. One more thing. You can use assisted tranfer to add the source field of the call meaning you can put what you want to show up on the users phone when the call is transfered to them, there is another feature action that will do this but it escapes me at the moment.
