Please help

Hello I have 5 windows 2000 servers going into a netopia 9100 router. I know the router is using nat but b4 when i pinged my dns name for the website it would respon with the ip, lately all i get is request timed out the ip shows up once than request times out. The site work fine though, also I have had the problem that lately I cant connect to my terminal service server at work from home.

That is the response when ping is turned off. It gives no response but you do get the ip address. Now, that might be the reason, it could be something else I don't know about.
