This is so weird. JPEG's in bound object frame in a form show up NORMALLY (as JPEG's) on my computer. When I copy and transfer database to client's computer, JPEG's on form STILL show up normally. BUT, if I scan and add a new JPEG in a record on CLIENT's computer, it shows up just as the filename, no image. You have to double-click on it and then Windows Picture and Fax viewer pops up and shows the image! I want the JPEG image to show up in the form! What could POSSIBLY be causing this - I'm stumped!!!!!

It sounds like your object frame control object has its file type set to embedded. This is why the old jpegs show up after you move the database but the new ones don't. You see you have to open the object up in Design mode and re-select the newly scanned and named object for it to appear.

Does this make sense to you? let me know if this helps. Bob Scriver
