Hello All,

I've created a network install point for Office 2k slipstreamed w/ SR-1a and SP3 using transforms to customize the install. After installing on a virgin system, I went to MS online office update to check and install any new patches. After a scan, office update says
I do not have SP3 installed and some of the updates are grayed out. Says I need SP3 before I can update some of the patches. I've verified that SP3 is installed by checking the version of every office .exe files with MS. Does anyone know how to fix this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Tony

In general, I'd say it sounds like your doing everything right.

Slipstreaming seems more like an administrative type task, so you may get a quicker response if you post your question in the Windows 2000 Professional forum forum616 or the Windows XP Pro forum forum779. I recently saw a post about slipstreaming on one of these forums.
