Please help me with setting up iis5 for the net?

I have been trying to setup a webserver for me and my friends to test a flash game I have made. I have setup iis5 and everything works on localhost. But now I want to get it onto the internet. So I tried typing my ip address in the browser, but that dusent work(My ip is static). I think I haven't setup iis5 rite. I am a total newbie.

All I want is for me and my friends to visit this site at one time and be able to view it and connect to the game. But none of us can view the site on the internet. How do I make it so I can view the site on the internet?

Any help?
