I want to make a site with one central fram in the middle that changes but the rest of the website that surrounds the frame stays the same.. exactly like this website.---> please help.. thanks in advanced..

That's what I thought.. tahnks.. ok another question... How do I get the side frames to change size so that the cetre frame always stays centred on the page for different resolutions??

Use % in all your frames sizes.

Hope it'll help ;-)

Great.. thanks for your help.. it's greatly appreciated..

or a letterbox frame extension does the job !!!

This is an Object.

It creates a nested frameset with a central frame of static size.

The Central frame is always centered.

Access from the 'Letterbox' entry in the Insert menu.

download it here
