please give your help on the comprehension of the CISCO VTP protocol

I have two questions on the CISCO VTP protocol:
1.How to calculate the MD5 digest field of the summary advertisement message? Does it only compute on the password? Or, compute on the password and other VTP information?
2.Where can find the fourth message(pruning message) format of VTP?
