PLEASE audio help!

ok so i have been using premiere 6.0 for a while and have had little problems. Then recently i made a surf video which is about 21 minutes and 4.33 GIGS. It played fine in premiere and when i exported it, it still played fine in premiere, as well as in quicktime. But when i want to watch it in windows media player or real player there is no audio . Since then i have made other, shorter videos and they produce fine and normal, but i made another video which is about 11 minutes and the same problem as before happens. Also i wanna burn it on a dvd but there is no audio, i have no clue why this would be. Any help would be much much appreciated.

I have notised whe I encode video for the web there is one file that is for video and another that is for audio. Check to see if there were any other files that were encoded along with the video that you have. Good luck.
