Hi all,

I'm currently getting customers who are running the old windows 95 systems. These people are running into a problem playing our mpeg files through authorware. The erros says that it cannot open the mpeg file or there isn't enough memory. Even with those who have plenty of memory. If the customer goes to the CD directly and runs the mpegs they run fine. I was just wondering if there is a known problem for this and what I can do to fix it.

Thanks
Deeamon

Oh, I forgot to say I am using the a5mpeg.xmo and a5mepg32.xmo with the programs. So I'm not missing my extensions.

We had exactly the same problem and ended up buying Tabuleiro, it's from a guy in Brazil I think. Once installed it will play your Mpeg's with no problems, I love it! Saved me losing what's left of my hair. You can download a sample version from You will need the directmediaxtra version.
good luck
Chris Many thanks
