Play mp3 when Form open

I posted this question a couple of days ago but then I lost my account access for some strange reason.

Anyway, I'd like to play a list of mp3 files when my form opens and also have a button so that the user can disable the music. I can't remember who posted the code to help me but I'd appreciate it if you could again.

Create a .M3U file and play with the Application.FollowHyperlink method.

I don't know how to create a .m3u file nor do I now how to follow the Application.Followhyperlink method.
