Any idea on how to play an annoucement when a user pick up the phone on cs1000. Appreciated

All I did until now is create the announcement with application builder and assign it to an SDN.

Hi, This is what I end up doing,
In Callpilot application builder, I created a block that transfer the call to a hotline, if it failed or canceled it goes to the announcement, in case of a success it goes to end. Now my problem is, I can't play the announcement if the receiver answer the phone. So how can I fix this ? thanks

Clarify what you want to accomplish? Are you trying to create a hotdial, when some lifts the handset it transfer to a call pilot application that plays an announcement?

hot d 4 xxxx (xxxx=callpilot dn) - point to the SDN for the app.

Also add CLS MNL to the 500 set.

Thanks jamie2 but this didn't work.
what I'm trying accomplish her, I have an emergency button tied to an analog line DN 2000. I want everytime someone press the button, this would dial 3 extension at the sametime and if one of them answer the call, the announcement would start playing and end. but only if the call came in from this DN.
So what I did, I created the block with announcement, assign it to sdn with a phantom DN 7070, add the FTR HOT D 4 7070 to DN 2000. when I press the button, no announcement. I have tried the block below, it didn't work either. once I pick up the phone the line open, no announcement.

Begin---Rotary----transfer/success---announcement-----end
failed----announcement
cancel-----announcement

You want the analog user to hear the message? Do you have the CLS MNL on DN 2000?

The user have WLAN set 2210 and they are part of the hotline numbers in dn 2000. I do have CLS mnl on dn 2000 cause I put my own extension and I did get the call, but when I answered it, the line just open with no announcement.
I want the something similar as some telemarketing company are doing this days. they call us and then when we pick up the phone, they play a message.

Did you added x-2000 as an SDN in Call Pilot?
