Play a sound throughout Powerpoint presentation

How do you play a song throughout a presentation, that starts automatically when a presentation starts, and continues to play until the presentation ends.

Go to Insert, Movies and Sound, Select song source, click Loop until stopped.

If you want the sound to play throughout the presentation, after importing the sound file on the slide you want the sound to begin playing, go to the Custom Animation menu, click on the sound file, select the arrow to the right of the sound file, go to Effect, click the radio button for Stop Playing and select the slide you wish the sound to stop playing, which probably is the last slide of your presentation.
