Place Call Step - IPCC Express

Has anyone ever used the place call logic step in IPCC Express? What I would like to do is give people the option to leave their number and when an agent becomes free the system will place an outbound call to them (from the numbers they entered using their telephone keypad).

When I use the place call step the phone rings but if its answered the script just goes round in a loop - I created a string variable set command so I know I am getting to the correct branch i.e. sucessful - im sure its something simple so if anyone can help I would appreciate it

FYI This problem was identified as being a problem with calling search spaces and partitions. Fancy that

Since my last update I have seen various scripts around trying to implement dialback logic.

Has anyone got this roled out/working yet? Interested in what you have all done.
