pix 506e version 7

Had a fellow on the phone that told me the pix 506e (version 6.3) would not run on version 7? Is this true?

Yet he sent a download link to 6.5, and right on the page is the description for upgrading to version 7?

Anyone else running 7 on a pix?

OS7 will not run on 506s or 501s. all other platforms can be upgraded (some need hardware upgrades.)
if you search google for pix os7 compatiblity matrix, there will be a page with specs.
