Pix 506E ver 6.2 PDM. need assistance adding port forwarding

Ok awhile back I asked for help and was shown the linux commands to add forwarding rules.

I got around to finally trying it out today and would like to enter everything thru the PDM interface.

What are the steps in PDM to add a rule that if outside ip 4.3.2.1 sends info on port 21 to forward to inside address 192.168.1.9 . I would need to add multiple entries as I want to allow outside ip 4.3.2.2 to also send info on port 21.

All address above are just for demostration purposes.
