Hello all, I have added an additional field from a linked table to the query that is feeding the existing pivot table. When I go and try to create a new pivot table form using the pivot table wizard, I cannot see the field that I have added but I can see all the other fields from the query. When I try to just create a simple form and I choose the same query then I could see all the fields including the one I added. This is pretty strange, so when I use the pivot table wizard and choose that quesry for some reason I cannot see the field I added.

pivot table wizard not showing field

Only certain field types can be added to a pivot - from memory, memo, OLE, etc fields are excluded, and hidden from the wizard. If you add them manually, you get an SQL error.
Check the field types you added!
