I have a pivot table that shows only the top 10 items, sorted according to monetary value in the data field. I have another column in the data field that shows the percentage of the values of the total.

The issue I am having is that I can only see the result as a percentage of the top 10 items shown, which does not include the hidden unshown items.

Can I sort a pivot table, and in the data field show a percentage of total values, not just the top 10?

Can I also show the grand total of all values, not just the top 10?

HopeI explained this correctly!!

Thanks
Owen

Hi,

Any reason why another PivotTable could not be used?

Using another pivot table isn't an option for me as (1) it will take up extra space on my dashboard which is already crowded and (2) i will involve showing potentially hundreds of lines of data which is not required.

Then you change the criteria for the existing PT as required.
