pinout for NTCK47 or NTCK81 cables

Hi
we changed our Trunk connection to PSTN from DTI to PRI. But now we have problem,with many sleep errors, we miss special cable NTCK47 or NTCK81..
Does anyone know the pinout for NTCK47 or NTCK81?
The best solution would be an "self made" cables.

Are you sure about those Part numbers as they don't appear to be valid Nortel/Avaya numbers.
