Dec 7, 2005 Thread starter #3 sos2715 Technical User Jun 30, 2003 119 US 3rd Update: I'm resolving my own problems I got 528 to work. I deleted the Split data and re-built it and 528 queues up. I need help with Pilot 527. It rings for a few seconds then transfers the call to an agent that doesn't belong to this new queue. Is there anything in the ACD that will forward a call?
