Does anyone know of a good picture program for digital cameras? One that is reasonable in price and also easy to use. What I want to do is send pictures to friends, but when I do the pictures are very large.

I have used "A Smaller Image". This allows you to reduce image sizes for e mailing.
Try a search on Google
