I am in need of 2420 set pictures. Or even better, diagrams showing how the keys are layed out/numbered. Can anyone suggest a source? I tried Avaya's website, but...

You should find a picture in this PDF. It's the 2420 User Guide.

You can always get a great snap shot if you asa or dsa
\Program Files\Avaya\Site Administration\data\setimage
All the sets are in there and nice pictures for user guides or whatever.
