picture handle

dear all,
i want to make vfp project which i intended to handle
a picture ie: zoom in, zoom out, rotate, pan-view, print etc.
i've tried to use .ocx like : imageviewCp.ocx
most of them can help me zooming, rotating and printing,
but it can't do pan-view, and other thing i want to print
just a part of the picture, like this :
i load a picture, (ex: a man pic) then i zoom it,
and pan-view it until only his face on the window,
then i want to print just the face that show in a window,
can anyone help me to do that?
