Looking for help with this one. I need to have 5 phones be able to answer each others lines. Simple create a pickup group. Well I have let all have RPUP and PUA allowed and also gave them a group number of 47. When I try to assign the RNP to key 22 I receive a null error in TM 3.0. Any Ideas what i'm missing?

What kind of phone? I think the 39xx series 22 is a reserved key. I dont have one to look at to tell you which one the pickup key is. Someone else will before I get back to work I am sure.

KEY 22 is reserved for RNP, how are you assigning the key? (i.e. KEY 22 RNP) or something else?

I am using the drop down in TN to assign key 22.

Lets stop guessing, post a TNB of one the phones your having trouble with.

This is a Signature and not part of the answer, it appears on every reply.

This is an Analogy so don't take it personally as some have.

Why change the engine if all you need is to change the spark plugs.

RNP might already be there..... it's on that key by default.

Try using it...

Seeing a TNB would answer the question.

Got it! TM has a bug like we don't know that, had to use command line to add the button.
