Hi again!
Now that I have found you invaluable guys(!) I have another question:
I have a database that I enter all user details into for our car club. People join through-out the year so the annual renewals is not done once a year, but once a month (because obviously someone who joins in May will need to renew next May, someone who joins in August will be next August etc., etc.)...I have a report that I can run that will show outstanding renewals, but what I'd like to be able to do, is run a...I don't know what(!) - somehow, I'd like to be able to maybe, click a button and that will go grab all email addresses of members who's current subs have run out and email them. Is that possible?
I have a very limited knowledge of Access & VB, so a real step-by-step would be fantastic!
Hope that makes sense!
Many thanks,
Neil.
