Hi All!
Has anyone ever encountered a problem with one of the databases missing from the list? When I choose the "log on server" option under the "database" pull down menu sometimes "Oracle 7" is a choice and sometimes it is not. I had previously been using the PeopleSoft QueryTool for my queries but for the amount of information I am querying it will not work so I began querying directly from the database. When the "Oracle 7" choice is missing my report contains no data and I get the error message "Physical Database not found". It seems if I try several times (maybe 20) that it will appear again. Is this something in my setup? I can't work like this. Can anyone help?
