PHSR 560 "REPLACE TONER" with new toner

Hey all. Working with a 560 that is asking or blk toner with a new cartridge installed. Cleaned contacts. Still there. Able to clear tempararily by powering down and up. Consumable status prints black at 100% then reverts back "replace black toner". Curiously the yellow is at 0%. Customer said that privious tech told her it would always be that way. Whats interesting is that it does not ask to replace the yellow cart. Any tips??
