MD5? MD5 isn't even an encryption algorithm -- it's a hashing algorithm. As such, it's a one-way cypher.

Are you looking to encrypt your PHP files? Or are you looking to encode them into a non-human-readable, but still executable form? Something like Zend Encoder?
There's lots of that kind of software, much of it free. Google '"php encoder"'
