Php invoke a submit button using only URL?

Anyone ever done this before or know if its possible with php? Have it invoke a submit button automatically by a URL?

I don't understand.

If you are asking whether PHP can programatically submit information to a script on a foreign web server, yes it can. You would use the cURL family of functions:
