Php access to hicom 150 system

Hi I'm currently developing my companies internal software, as part of this we want the user to be able to click somewhere on their screen and their phone will call the related number.

I'm a programmer, but know nothing about the phone side of things, we have a Hicom 150 system installed - so i just want to know if its possible?, what software/hardware/connections are involved or anything at all that might help me out/get me started.

Or do a search on TAPI, Callbridge.
The tapi works with the standard dialer in MS.
