Photo Paint won't run

If anyone can, please help. I have been running Draw 7 for years, but only use paint ocasionally. A month or so it worked fine. Now I cannot get it to load. I recently had to refresh win98 & I made sure to get all the updates. I've tried reinstalling several times with no success. Draw seems to work fine. When I try to open Paint this is what I get:

Did you reinstall all your programs? The way you wrote this it sounds that you only reinstalled windows and didn't bother any other files. You might try to reinstall the Corel program from the original disk into the same directory you have now. That should save all of your work and projects, and reassociate all the needed files with the Windows registry.

It's a memory error. Did you upgrade you mem recently. What OS and amount of mem you running? Let me know. I have no idea what I'm talking about
