Phones won't ring busy with external calls

Hello, i'm just trying to get some phones in the office to ring busy if they are on the phones. they are 2616 and key 0 is a scr with and analog dn associated to key 0 as a portable. The phone will give a busy in house but with external calls it will not and I'm thinking its going to the ldn. I have gone through the rdr_data and put mdid ndid ect to no, and i have the cls fnd htd on the phones with no fdn and hunt is 000. This is strang. This is on an option 11 c with 24.24.

1. check for CFTA in CLS. (Call forward by Call Type) This may be turned on if external and internal calls act differently. Set it to CFTD.

2. Which TN is your DN MARPed to? If it is MARPed to the analog TN, verify it is programmed as HTD with no HUNT defined.

If the call is going to the LDN, you might have CLS FBA

You always want CLS FBD

You also wrote you have HUNT 000 - that means the call will perform short hunting from KEY 0 to KEY 1 (if LHK is 1 or more)

post the phone, if that is not the trouble, post your rdr data.. as posted fba sends all busy external calls to the console and is almost never used
