It looks like I have a Hipath phone system with in the skin vmail, we need to set up auto attnd, currently it just has a recording in place. How hard is this to setup and activate? I have some experience in voicemails.

Settings are on the incoming call route, pointing the lines or did if ISDN to a virtual extension. A mailbox (same ext as virtual ext) is set up as AA and set up options for 1-0,the virtul extension is forward to the VM group number.

What version of system do you have?
What level of software is on it currently?
What type of voicemail is it?
the EVM is a minature daughter board located at the top of the proccessor on the left hand side?
The IVM is a card in the system with an external hard drive mounted on it?
The reason i ask is that there are many ways that the system can be configured and there are limitations dependant on the hardware that you are using.
