Phone settings

I have an option 61c usins the OTM software. I have 2 phones that wont rollover. if you are on the phone and someone calls the number it goes to voicemail. The other rings busy.

Check config?

Put you voicemail DN in FDN, HUNT, EHT,

CLS put in CFTA, HTA, FBA, FNA, CFXA,

Probably just need, FBA,

key word is otm, could be cls fdn hta or marp

In OTM to check MARP. While in the SCR key double click on the DN. This should show what TN's that it appears on and where it is marped.
