How can I restrict a phone from dialing out? We currently access "9" to dial out, we want to remove that.

in the CLS, chg to FRE, chg NCOS to zero... You don't want to remove 9, no one will be able to dial out

Print out your trunk for outbound routes, look at the TARG, and then change the TGAR on the set to the same TARG as the trunk.

EddieDeuce, the TARG is in the route, not the trunk. And to restrict calls in BARS using TGAR/TARG, you have to set the TGAR prompt to YES in the ESN_DATA of LD 86. If that TGAR prompt is set to NO, then BARS doesn't look at the TGAR/TARG relationship between the set and the route.
