If you have PRI for your inbound calling and know the number, you can build an IDC table and route it to a vacant number.

no you can't, the question was to block a single off site station from calling, if you have symposium, you can 10 digit screen on inbound clid.. idc turns inbound digit into new digits... did disa etc... the last reply is a very common mistake
