Does anyone know of a good phone message form/template to use with outlook 2002. It seems pointless for people to always be type "*** rang. Please return call"
etc etc
Depending where you are using it, perhaps AutoCorrect could help? Set up a default acronym like "cpcb" to autocorrect to "rang. Please return call" you can then simply type in "Mr Smith cpcb" which would autocorrect to "Mr Smith rang. Please return call"

I am looking more for a template/form that replicates the paper pink phone message. I know they have them - I find tons for outlook 97/98, but none for 2000/later or even exchange 2000.
