Phone Manager won't connect

I have installed Phone Manager for my users on their P.C.s ( not Manager ) on other systems with no problem. I am able to see and connect to the IP Office but then when I try to BROWSE for users I get "Unable to connect".

What version is the IPO on as Phone Manager just doesn't work on 9.0 and above (you get that exact error).

Phone manager lite should still work. Need to enable TFTP read or suchlike in security settings if I remember rightly though..

Just checked on mine (server edition on 9.1) and although I can now see the user list it doesn't log in.

Is there a reason why it is no longer supported on higher versions? Do users not like it or want it? anyone know?
