Can anyone clarify if Phone Manager will or will not work in a Citrix enviroment. Avaya say 5 users only but I have heard of sites running over 100 PM on Citrix. Also what is required to make TAPI work to power dial from outlook

TAPI works fine in citrix (or terminal server), the problem is that you need to run it in 3rd party mode since you can't load it for every user so you'll need the CTI Link Pro license.

Also this makes it possible for the users to choose to dial using any extension from their outlook.

Don't think there is a way to control this.

Hi I have a site in London with a 406v2 and Citrix on 60 PC's working fine.

However I hve not linked it to Outlook to dial out but see no problem iwth that as long as you can get the TAPI to run and presume it will need the CTI Link Pro license for tat but I know we did not use it to get Phone Manager to work on the Citrix platform.

How do you make phone manager on citrix write the profiles to the clients registry rather than to the server?

Our customer mentioned that they have a phone manager user app that makes this happen but I know nothing about it. They used to edit a file manually to make it happen but have a file thats meant to do it.

Make sense to anyone?

Thanks
