Phone Manager Pro and Softphone. I cannot pickup an inbound call

I have an IP Office Manager v 5.2 and Phone manager Pro 3.0.13. I have licenses for PM and audio enabbled (VOIP). I am connecting using a Shrew VPN client to a Juniper SSG20. After some work, the VPN was created with data connections working and the Phone Manager not throwing errors. I have been able to PLACE calls inside and outside of the office from the PM on the laptop however I cannot answer and inbound calls. When the inbound call is stopped, phone manager actually closes itself. The extension is a dedicated VOIP extension. I have read the forums and have made changes to my firwall disabling the SIP and H323. This was what allowed my internal calls to start working correctly. Those are the only solutions I am seeing on the forums now so I'm not sure where to turn (when this same config is local in the network-phone manager works fine both rec and placing calls).
