How many people have seen this working, Ivegot it running on a test box fine but with minimal users accessing it < 4. Im planning on putting it out at a customers on a 2008 terminal server and with it being 2008 R2s versionof TS Im not expecting any problems.. whos using this or has seeen this working already? Dont want to go down the one x-portal route with this customer.

We have 4 different customers running like (see link below) this and they have more than 100 phonemanager running on citrix and terminal server. You only need one 2k3 or 2k8 server in the voice vlan and copy the phonemanager shortcuts to the TRM/Citrix users.

works

but it's NOT supported, Avaya one-x Portal is.

Thanks for that Bas.. from your links Im taking it that phonemanager does work in 2008 TS. I like your installation method but I dont think Im going to need it, or is that not what your saying?

PM will work the way you have installed it, but you won't have busy status.

The way we installed it, you will have busy status everywhere. Even on remote locations behing a totaly differend network.

But the "PM server" needs to be connected in the same network range as your IPOffice.

Also don't use the latest PM version but use 4.2.29 the newer ones will not work.

Excellent, thanks a lot for that. Do you know why the busy status doesn't work?
