Phone Manager Application Error.

On installation of Version 3.0 User Disk.
I get the
"Welcome to InstallShield Wizard for IPOffice User suite"
I get the cancel or next but when I click next I get the following error.
"Error Number: 0x80040707
Description: dll function call crashed: Installdll.Getunitinformation3
Setup will now terminate"

I have been on the avaya web site and downloaded again to ensure the program is not currupt. Has any one else had this problem?

tried it on other pc's ?

sounds like a access rights issue

Try installing under administrator

And make sure you uninstalled the previous versions.
